1. Overview
At Nordic Steel & Piping Solutions (Nordic SPS), we are committed to providing high‑quality products and a reliable customer experience.
This Refund & Return Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds, returns, or replacements may be issued.
This policy applies to all purchases made through nordicsps.com, direct invoices, WhatsApp orders, and email orders.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return or refund after delivery, the following conditions must be met:
The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition
All original packaging, manuals, and accessories must be included
A return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
The product must not be a custom‑made, special‑order, or non‑stock item
Important: The 50% deposit paid at the time of order placement is non‑refundable and is not covered under this return eligibility section. This section applies only to products that have already been delivered.
3. Non‑Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Custom‑fabricated products
- Special‑order machinery or equipment
- Items cut to size (pipes, cables, railing components, etc.)
- Products damaged due to improper installation or misuse
- Items showing signs of wear, modification, or tampering
- Clearance or discounted items marked as “Final Sale”
4. Reporting Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
We require the following for verification:
- Photos and/or videos of the damage
- Serial numbers (if applicable)
- Photos of the packaging
- A description of the issue
Once verified, Nordic SPS may offer a replacement, repair, partial refund, or full refund depending on the situation.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the return is due to an error by Nordic SPS:
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- The customer must use a trackable shipping method
- Nordic SPS is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments
If Nordic SPS is at fault, we will cover the return shipping costs.
6. Refund Processing
Once the returned item is received and inspected:
- Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Bank processing times may vary
Shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are non‑refundable.
7. Order Cancellations
All orders require a 50% non‑refundable deposit at the time of order placement. This deposit covers administrative, processing, and production preparation costs and will not be refunded under any circumstances, including customer‑initiated cancellations.
Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped or processed; however:
The initial 50% deposit is non‑refundable
Any additional payments made beyond the deposit may be refunded only if production has not yet started
Once production has begun, no refunds will be issued on any amount paid
Cancellations are not possible for:
Custom orders
Special‑order machinery
Orders already shipped
Orders prepared for dispatch
8. Warranty Claims
Some products include manufacturer warranties or Nordic SPS warranties.
Warranty claims require:
- Proof of purchase
- Photos/videos of the issue
- Serial numbers (if applicable)
Warranty coverage does not include:
- Improper installation
- Misuse or negligence
- Unauthorized modifications
- Normal wear and tear
