4. Orders & Payments

By placing an order with Nordic Steel & Piping Solutions, you agree to the following payment terms:

  • All orders require a 50% non‑refundable deposit at the time of order placement.

  • The remaining 50% balance must be paid in full before shipment of the product.

  • The initial deposit is non‑refundable under all circumstances, including customer‑initiated cancellations, as it covers administrative, processing, and production preparation costs.

  • Orders will not be processed or scheduled for production until the deposit has been received.

  • Payments are securely processed through our Norway‑based financial entity (MIRETU RØR & SVEIS AS).

  • We may refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or incomplete payment.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times vary depending on destination, product type, and logistics partners.
Nordic SPS is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs clearance
  • Force majeure events
  • Third‑party logistics providers

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the shipment is handed over to the carrier.

6. Returns, Refunds & Warranty

Our products may include manufacturer warranties or Nordic SPS warranties depending on the item.

Customers must:

  • Inspect goods upon delivery

  • Report defects or issues within 7 days

  • Provide documentation (photos, videos, serial numbers) when requested

Returns or refunds apply only to products that have already been delivered and are evaluated on a case‑by‑case basis.

Important:

  • All orders require a 50% non‑refundable deposit, which is not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances, including cancellations.

  • Refunds, when approved, apply only to amounts paid beyond the initial deposit.

  • Customized or special‑order items are not eligible for return or refund.

Warranty coverage does not include:

  • Improper installation

  • Misuse or negligence

  • Unauthorized modifications

  • Normal wear and tear

7. Limitation of Liability

Nordic SPS is not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of business, revenue, or data
  • Improper installation or misuse of products

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product or service in question.
